Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £100, taken at the time of booking, with full payment due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Where last minute bookings are made the full amount of the holiday must be made at the time of booking.
A refundable key/damage deposit of £100 must be made upon payment in full for the holiday. This will be returned within 14 days of the holiday ending, subject to breakages or damages.
Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday although if you require any dates outside of these then please give us a call, we also offer short break deals.

Sticker is a pretty village close to the South Coast on the western side of St. Austell. It has a good selection of facilities including shop, post office and public house.
Visitor attractions close by include Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beautiful Caerhays Castle and gardens as are many other gardens such as Trewithan RHS Gardens.
St Austell is a great place to visit with many shops and eateries, alternatively you can catch the train from here and explore. There is a ferry from Mevagissey across the bay to Fowey, once the home of Daphne Du Maurier. Truro is the city with the shopping, take a visit to the wonderful Cathedral and savour the many delights on offer from the many independent and larger restaurants. There are many fishing villages to stop at, Porthpean and Gorran Haven, situated along the dramatic coastline. Whether a sea-fishing trip or perhaps sightseeing trip, cycle trails, golfing or fishing, this well-appointed bungalow provides a great escape from the busy hustle and bustle of life.
